About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce marketing manager to champion digital marketing efforts. The EMM will be responsible to grow the channel through leading and managing all ecommerce marketing & sales activities focused on increasing current user engagement, conversion rates, and user acquisitions.


  • Own all e-commerce marketing campaign strategy, development, planning and execution.

  • Oversee customer path-to-purchase, product listing, conversion rates, SEOs, email marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and evaluate buyer and vendor acquisition and growth campaigns.

  • Become the expert on customer behavior through weekly interviews and analyzing of all available data including site user behavior, sales data and email campaigns performance.

  • Work closely with sales and purchasing to optimize site merchandising.

  • Own web promotions schedule and execution.

  • Lead email marketing campaigns including automation, segmentation, content strategy and analytics.

  • Work closely with internal creative team on all digital marketing communications.

  • Assist with copywriting efforts for e-commerce static pages targeting new sellers and buyers.

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives for P&K’s industry tradeshow “TPE” to grow the show through acquiring of attendees and exhibitors.

  • Work closely with product team on developing marketing campaign related to product initiatives and features.

  • Lead current small digital marketing team and assist in building the team for growth. 

    Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS required

  • 5+ year experience in ecommerce and digital marketing preferably in B2B environment.

  • Strong project management skills.Sr

  • Experience with Google analytics.

  • Experience with dot digital is a plus.

  • Strong, proven experience in digital marketing.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.


Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods.  The ability to lift 25lb regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs. 


The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others.
