Phillips & King International is currently seeking to hire an Advertising Operations Administrator who will assist in the execution of our vendor clients' overall marketing strategy and sales goals. This individual is an integral member of the marketing department, working with clients as well as internal sales and purchasing departments on all elements of advertising campaigns including digital and print. The primary goal is to drive additional sales and awareness of vendor client products.


This role requires someone who is reasonably tech-savvy, understands advertising fundamentals, and has strong client service skills. The Advertising Operations Administrator should have an understanding of how to manage and optimize advertising.

The role is primarily focused on setup, scheduling and managing B2B advertising campaigns (Web Banners, Print Ads, Eblasts) which includes ad flighting and available ad inventory management. In addition, this role requires client relationship building, retention, and overall satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, self-starter, can operate well under tight deadlines and competing priorities, and is committed to delivering quality service on tight schedules. Excellent communication skills are essential. The candidate should be a team player who enjoys and is proactive in solving problems.

You'll be supported by an experienced and growing team of talented production artists, brand stewards and business minded sales and marketing executives. There will be lots of opportunity for those who have initiative.


Main point for execution and management of vendor client advertising campaigns

Setup and proactively manage individual campaigns to ensure delivering in full with the best possible performance; responsible for campaign analysis and driving optimizations

Oversee overall delivery and performance, analyze potential campaign issues, and pre-empt issues with recommendations

Communicate ad specs and deadlines to clients and insure all creative assets and third party tracking tags are gathered and working properly

Support sales and purchasing team members in day to day activities including client requests, media kit preparation, account management, campaign reporting/analysis, and acquiring creative assets

Collaborate with sales reps in frequent client communication for both pre and post-sale execution; manage communication regarding clients and campaigns with team members

Project manage special ad related projects

Retain clients through exceptional client service



College degree with advertising campaign management support experience, preferably with a publisher or online network

Customer service oriented and proactive attitude, hungry to learn

Basic familiarity with ad serving and ad management technologies

Strong written, verbal, presentation, and people skills

Demonstrated organizational skills, inquisitiveness, and attention to detail

Ability to meet tight deadlines, to be a problem solver and to juggle numerous projects simultaneously

General Project Management and/or Account Management experience

Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience a plus

Graphic Design capabilities a plus
