Job Title : Technical Support Level 1

Job Description:

Provide the first level of contact for Technical support issues for our company employees. Record, Track, and Escalate issues as needed while working with our ticketing system.

Basic Skills:

  1. Have a great customer service skills and a positive can do attitude.
  2. Organizational skills
  3. Technical Training or equivalent experience

Experiences:

You will get to work with a seasoned IT professional team of Network and Software Engineers.

You will get experience with Websites, Active Directory, TCP/IP, Network wiring, both Microsoft and Mac OS, Exchange, Office, Terminal Servers and much more.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods.  The ability to lift 25lb regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs.

Safety:

The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

Supervisory Responsibility:

The position currently has no people supervisory responsibility
