PURPOSE OF JOB:

Kretek International, Inc. is currently seeking for a Help Desk/Desktop Analyst. Primary responsible for providing technical support for employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, self-sufficient, and acquainted with common office productivity software applications. Additionally, he or she must have an excellent sense of judgment to properly evaluate complications and deliver immediate effective solutions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities

  • Field incoming help requests from end users via telephone and e-mail,
  • Record, track, and document the help desk request
  • Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately individual.
  • Perform moves, add, change and general support
  • Build rapport and elicit problem details from help desk customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Required formal technical education
  • Associate Degree or equivalent
  • CCNA a plus

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Help Desk.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods.  The ability to lift 25lb regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs.

Safety:

The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

Supervisory Responsibility:

The position currently has no people supervisory responsibility
